LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

 

ES Service Solution will warranty all Grippers manufactured by ES Service Solutions against

any and all manufacturer’s defects in workmanship and welds on frame work only for the lifetime of the Gripper to the original purchaser. Must have a copy of purchase receipt.

 

Warranty claims may be made by contacting ES Service Solutions, either in writing or by phone or email for a Return Authorization number prior to delivering the Gripper to ES Services Solutions 394 Gold Mine RD Gaffney S.C 29340 freight prepaid by the purchaser. No COD shipments will be accepted.

 

ES Service Solutions will repair or replace only what is determined to be defective by the factory. This

warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear of any parts or protective finishes.

 

The following are specifically excluded from coverage under this warranty and will cause

said warranty to become null and void:

 

Damage of unit resulting from accident, negligence, misuse or unauthorized repair or alteration; use of replacement parts other than parts authorized by ES Service Solutions; any unauthorized repair or any alteration, including of a cosmetic nature, performed on the Gripper by an individual, organization, company or entity other than ES Service Solution.

 

No implied warranties of any kind are made herein. Limited Lifetime Warranty does not apply to any accessory items.

 

ES Service Solutions assumes no liability for accidental or consequential damages. Some states do not

allow the exclusion or limitation of accidental or consequential damages and therefore this
